The TOYOTA COROLLA (2002-07) 5DR HATCHBACK 1.6 VVTI T3 REV 04 is a practical five-door family hatchback, sitting in the heart of the UK’s used-car market. Its compact size makes it easy to park and manage around town, while the rear doors and useful boot make it more versatile than a small city car. The 1.6-litre petrol engine offers a sensible balance for everyday journeys. It’s well suited to commuters, couples and small families seeking straightforward transport, and can handle school runs and longer trips without feeling oversized. Compared with rivals such as the Ford Focus and Vauxhall Astra, the Corolla is known for dependable, uncomplicated ownership rather than sporty flair; the T3 trim adds everyday comfort and convenience. Mycarcheck.com records 635 checks across 328 different VINs, a substantial sample; checked cars average 97,000 miles, 6,000 miles yearly and three previous keepers. Average private-sale valuation is £1,300 in the recorded checks.
