What counts towards the spend thresholds?
All purchases made on mycarcheck — including single Basic Checks, single Comprehensive Checks and all Credit Bundles — contribute towards the reward thresholds.
When will I receive my free credits?
If you meet the spend or activity thresholds, a claim card will appear on your account dashboard from the 1st of the following month. You may claim your free credits at any point during that month, and they will be added to your account immediately.
Who is eligible to take part in mycarcheck rewards?
Any customer with an active mycarcheck account is eligible. You must be logged in when making purchases for them to be tracked and included in your monthly total.
What are the free credits equivalent to?
Free credits are full Comprehensive Check credits, identical to those sold in our standard bundles. Once claimed they can be redeemed at any time for a complete Comprehensive Check.
When does the promotion run?
The promotion operates on a calendar-month basis. On the 1st of each month, we calculate your spend and usage from the previous month. Accounts that meet the relevant thresholds will receive a claim button on their dashboard.
Is there a charge for taking part?
Absolutely not. There are NO subscriptions or hidden charges anywhere on mycarcheck. All rewards are free of charge.
