Imported Vehicles
Also beware for imported vehicles that come from outside the European Union, there may be little or no history available for these vehicles, vehicles from inside the EU are no longer regarded as an "import" and generally treated the same as if frit registered in mainland GB.
Previous Owners
Previous owners are another issue and can be misleading as the registration document the V5C uses the term former keeper or former keepers, remember that if a vehicle is advertised a 1 former keeper it means in effect 2 actual owners, misleading but if a vehicle is a genuine one owner the registration document should say "no former keepers" There are many issues surrounding the V5 or log book, but you can always call the telephone number if you wish to ask advice about this or any other problem regarding vehicle history or DVLA vehicle data that you may wish to discuss.
